The manufacture of high-pressure pumps demands exceptionally high-quality components, even at comparatively low volumes. The pump mechanism, similar to an engine, includes a crankshaft, connecting rod, crank-case, and converts rotary motion into reciprocating motion. This requires components with very high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish.
Outsourcing such critical components is commercially unfeasible due to low production volumes and demanding quality standards. After evaluating multiple suppliers, PressureJet established a complete in-house manufacturing facility, ensuring consistent production of high-precision, critical pump components at international quality standards.

High-pressure pumps require dust-free, highly controlled assembly conditions. PressureJet is one of the few engineering companies worldwide, after Toyota and Ford, to employ Atlas Copco CNC Torque Wrenches for precision assembly.
We have also developed in-house special fixtures, ensuring repeatable, highly accurate assembly that maintains critical tolerances and mechanical integrity.
