Electric Pressure Cleaner Pumps

Industrial Electric Power Washers

Electric power washers are high-pressure reciprocating plunger pumps that deliver strong water jets to remove mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from surfaces such as buildings, vehicles, and concrete roads. Also known as electric high-pressure washers, they are widely used for industrial and commercial cleaning.

How Electric Power Washers Work

These machines direct a high-pressure stream of water to:

  • Clean and degrease surfaces

  • Descale or remove stubborn deposits

  • Prepare surfaces for further treatment

They can operate with cold water, hot water, or steam, often combined with detergents, solvents, or other cleaning agents. Electric power washers are suitable for cleaning or surface preparation of metal, wood, concrete, stone, plastic, glass, and other building materials.

System Components

Electric power washers are available as complete systems or in component form for:

  • Custom assembly

  • Replacement of worn parts

Core components include:

  • Motor / Engine

  • High-pressure hose

  • Trigger-operated gun

  • Lances

  • Nozzles (wear-resistant, with optional abrasive injectors for wet sandblasting)

  • Unloader valve

  • Pressure-relief valve

  • Pressure gauge

  • Water storage tank or blast wheel

The gun or lance directs the water stream precisely to the target surface. Various nozzle types are available for different applications:

  • Triangular-plane sprays

  • Pencil-thin spiraling jets

  • Most nozzles attach directly to the trigger gun

Some models include chemical injectors (low- or high-pressure) to mix detergents or cleaning solutions into the water stream.

Pump Technology

  • Plunger-type pumps generate high-pressure water for cleaning, rinsing, or wet abrasive blasting.

  • Crankshaft-driven plunger pumps provide energy-efficient, ripple-free pressure, outperforming intensifiers.

  • Dust collection and filtration systems capture abrasive particles, swarf, grease, or other waste, keeping the environment clean.

Water tanks or hoppers can store dry abrasives, blasting media, or abrasive-water slurry mixtures for wet blasting operations.

Selecting the Right Electric Power Washer

Electric power washers are available in multiple configurations depending on power source, mobility, and application:

  • Electric Pressure Washers – energy-efficient, reliable for indoor or light industrial use

  • Diesel Pressure Washers – high-power solution for heavy-duty industrial tasks

  • Honda Pressure Washers – reliable engine-driven units
