12.5 % VAT, if CST Form “C” is not in
hands. As Sales Tax laws are changed and Sales Tax Department is
very strict, 3% CST can be applicable subject to commitment that
the same will be issued against proof of dispatch and / or
submission of “Sales Invoice”.
• Inside Gujarat :
12.5 % VAT will be charged extra. |

Warrantee |
Pump & Electric Motor
are warranted for 12 months from the date of Purchase, against
any manufacturing defects. Accessories like Pressure Gauge, Nozzles, Rubber
Hoses & parts of pump, which are subjected to wear & tear i.e. seal, ‘o’ ring, gaskets etc. are not covered
under this warrantee. We recommend to handle and use with care. |

Normally, this offer is
valid for 30 days from the date of the offer. However, this is
not the commitment and it may be changed anytime without any notice. |

Procurement of Accessories |
As you have referred,
we have listed and furnished the price of each accessory,
separately, if you wish, you can buy accessories at your own and we shall provide you
necessary information to procure those items. |

Order Acceptance |
Unless we send “Order
Acceptance Letter” of your Order, it will not be considered as
accepted. |

Installation & Commissioning |
In majority cases, Installation & Commissioning can be done
without any problem by using our Manual (Printed or CD). However, this service can be offered on chargeable
basis on request. |

After Sales Service |
This is a product with
very simple mechanism and we believe in encouraging liberty to
maintain / repair the product , at own. We will provide Complete material (Printed
or CD) form to repair the product. However, on request, we can repair the pump at our factory maximum within
48-72 hours and return the pump accessories without incurring much expense. Service at site can be
provided on chargeable basis, if manufacturing defect
is not found |
